I had bought a product but the download did not go through

You will receive two emails after your purchase. One is a receipt confirming your purchase, the second points to a website that allows you to download your purchase for up to 24 hours. Please point your browser to this website and download your purchase. If you are still experiencing problems please send an email to purchaseproblems@methodsmarket.com with your purchase details. The email should include details about the item you have purchased, your name, your billing details and your email address. We will need this information to confirm your purchase. We will then make alternative arrangements to get the product to you.   

I had bought a product and downloaded it, what next?

You will receive two emails after your purchase. The first email will have a serial number. You will need this number to install the software. Unzip the downloaded file to the desired location on your workstation. You will do so by executing the file (the file is a self-extracting zip file). Next, read the readme.txt file in the folder you unzipped the downloaded file to for further instructions.

I downloaded the product and unzipped it. When I try and install it, it asks for a Serial Number

I bought a product and installed it. When I try and run it, I get errors

Please ensure you are running correct versions of software. You will need Microsoft Windows 95 or higher, Microsoft Project 98 or Higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP2 or higher. If you are still experiencing problems please send an email to purchaseproblems@methodsmarket.com with your purchase details. The email should include details about the item you have purchased, your name, your billing details and your email address. We will need this information to confirm your purchase. We will then make arrangements to solve your problem. 

I bought an eProcess Guide and a Bonus Pack. How do I link the Microsoft Project File to the eProcess Guide? 

Please look at help in the eProcess Guide. It details the steps for linking the two.

I bought an eProcess Guide and I want to modify the sample deliverables 

Bring up the sample deliverable in the eProcess Guide. The deliverable will open in a new window. Make a note of the deliverable name in the title bar of the window. Look for the deliverable in the folder you installed the eProcess Guide in. Use the appropriate software to modify the deliverable.

I bought a product now I want to distribute it to colleagues/friends

You cannot. The license is a single-user license and is meant for you and you alone. New users will need to purchase their own copy of the product.
